I haven't gotten to row any since IRAs, but i've been running at least 5 days a week since I'm training for a half marathon on August 28th right before school starts! My regular route is about 5 miles (2.5 out and back) from my house down this winding, woody road and back, and I try to do a longer run of about 8 miles once a week. My goal is 8min/mi for the half marathon, but we'll see. 13.1 miles is a long way!
So I love running in Cincinnati because #1 there's real grass and #2 everyone waves to you when you pass. And by everyone I mean the three people I'll see out walking their dogs during my entire run. But pictures of me running aren't very exciting, so I wanted to share some of the other ways Chad and I have been "working out" this summer: tree climbing and hiking...
I will agree with Lizzy on the friendly part. I don't like running on grass, but I've been running this scenic trail that is near both of us, and everyone is so nice and waves when we run by them in the mornings.
