Hello all. Sounds like everyone is having a pretty good time this summer and is keeping up with their workouts. In spite of the terrible weather we've been having here in MA I've been trying to do most things outside. I go running a couple times a week usually, Melody and I took out the double a couple times, and I've made it over to the tennis courts some. My mom bought this yoga DVD that uses weights and it was actually really hard. I expected it to be alot of nice relaxing stretches but it made me do so many chair sits my quads were on fire. I don't know how the woman on that DVD maintained such a calm voice while doing all of that. I work 10 hour days at the zoo during the week so sometimes its hard to motivate myself to get going when I get home but reading this blog is definitely good for me. I do some heavy lifting while I'm there though so hopefully I won't lose too much muscle.
