hey guys, so Marie emailed me about her death dream :P and then she pointed out that Claire is now Claire Martin-Doyle and not Claire Kostrzewski. And i was sad that we didn't have a chance to get her a wedding gift so then to keep it simple, what do you guys think about making a team t-shirt that subtly references her new status? :) so i wanted to create a crossword puzzle hint of crew related stuff and incorporate her new name but that got too complicated so here's a picture of my rough sketch that developed from that.
i don't know if it's going to be legible once i load it but it says 'catch sharp' then 'strong finish' 'confidence' 'aggression' and finally 'lay it all out to the finish line'. This could be on the back or the front and then the other side can say 'MIT lightweight women' with an oar or something.
either way, what do you guys say to brainstorming some ideas for a team tshirt before the end of summer so that we can wear them during orientation?
Isn't Claire planning on keeping her last name??? I could have sworn that she was way too proud of her unspellable, unpronounceable last name to change it. I like the design, but we should double check as to what she's doing before we decide anything.
